THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY FOR HOCKEY STICKS. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, ALTERATION, ABUSE OR MISUSE OR WHICH IS PROVEN NOT TO BE DEFECTIVE. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. ANY ATTEMPT TO INTENTIONALLY DEGRADE ANY PRODUCT WILL RENDER ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS NULL AND VOID.

 
Dangle Sauce Sports  will replace any defective composite stick for a period of THIRTY (30) DAYS after the original purchase date and/or registry. Custom products will not be subject to the Thirty (30) Day warranty, unless otherwise specified.* In the case of custom sticks with warranty provided directly from Dangle Sauce Sports LLC., the customer has the option to wait a notified lead time for a custom replacement, or receive a stock product of equal value for replacement if available.

Dangle Sauce Sports reserves the right to replace any stick with a stick of the same value. If the stick specifications (length, curve, flex) or any combinations of these variables, is not directly available the customer may choose a different combination of specifications to expedite the warranty process. Otherwise, the customer will be sent a matching specification custom stick, as soon as the stock is available. Stock is controlled by consumer demand and supply chain materials. Dangle Sauce Sports is in no way liable for any disruptions in the manufacturing or shipping process which may cause drastic delays. There will be no reward for problems, delays, or impossibilities arising in the production, manufacturing, or shipping process from Dangle Sauce Sports or its partners, to the customer. 

 

Upon the receipt and approval of your returned stick, Dangle Sauce Sports will send a replacement that is the same model. If the matching model stick is no longer available, the stick will be replaced with a new product of equal or greater value.  All sticks are replaced one time only. There will be no warranty on replacement sticks. The option to upgrade a returned stick for a replacement is not permissible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Adding additional cuts to divide the stick into a maximum FOUR (4) parts total, to fit the stick into a box is allowed. Any more than FOUR (4) pieces will make all warranty claims null and void. Pieces are not defined by length or volume, but in its totality of no more than FOUR (4). All Pieces must be accounted for, to reconstruct the stick in its entirety to initiate a warranty claim. Including all parts and pieces of a stick is the sole responsibility of the sender. Failure to provide a complete stick with all its parts or pieces, may render any warranty claim NULL AND VOID. Pieces, sections, or incomplete portions of sticks will not be considered for warranty under any circumstance. All sections, pieces, or portions of a stick must be sent at the same time within the same package. Dangle Sauce Sports will not consider multiple shipments of a singular stick for a warranty, and will discard the incomplete sections, pieces, or portions of the stick, and will not honor any warranty associated with your order. Repaired sticks will not qualify for any warranty regardless of when the stick was purchased.

Any damages to your items from the shipping process is the responsibility of the shipper. Make sure to contact them IMMEDITELY if you have any damage to the items in your order.

To qualify for warranty the stick must meet the following criteria : 

​

• The product was purchased by an authorized Dangle Sauce Hockey vendor.

• The product is accompanied by receipt (original proof of purchase, store receipt, credit card statement, etc. Photocopies or hand written receipts will NOT be accepted)

• The product is accompanied by a completed stick registration form within the allotted registration period. This period is delineated above as SAME DAY or 24 Hour Registration.

• The product broke during normal use as a result of manufacturers defect.

• The serial number is in its original location, unmoved, unaltered, and clearly legible.

• The product was not exposed to an open flame, heated, manipulated, or altered from an outside source effecting the original condition of the stick as received from a vendor, including filing, heating, altering, or sawing the blade of the stick in any manner.

• The product was not damaged by contact with a skate, stick, boards, glass, goals, bench, door, another player, siblings, the ice resurfacer, tree, fence, curb stops, parking blocks, the mean neighbor kid, stomped on, flag poles, your mom's (or any) car, or heavy object (including JoJo "The Whale"), ran over with a tire, wheel, steam roller, or any object that rolls, anyone or anything associated with a natural Outdoor Rink (ODR) or sometimes called "the pond", over-flexed intentionally, or any other attempts or activities to degrade the integrity of the stick to induce failure or breakage.

• The product is not purchased second hand or previously used.

• The product is not a Pro Stock item

• The product is not already a warranty replacement stick.

• The product was not a promotional giveaway, demo stick, or sample stick.

• Normal wear such as damage to the cosmetic appearance including but not limited to; markings, chips, dings, surface cuts and scratches on sticks will occur during normal use and are not covered under warranty.

• Sticks painted in any form by the customer, will only be considered for warranty if the serial number is in its original location, not painted, unaltered, and clearly legible.

If abuse or fraud is found to facilitate a warranty claim and/or ascertain a replacement stick(s), Dangle Sauce Sports LLC. reserves the right to enforce any response, from charging the customer for the replacement, up to and including criminal prosecution due to the nature and scope of the offense.
